I'm terrible at electrical work, and have an issue of my own right now.
Have you tracked down the fuses associated with those systems? I was just in the fuse list, and it seems those may be on the same circuit. You might try pulling the appropriate fuses and reseating them. Or swapping them with others of the same rating.
That exhausts my insight! I hope you figure it out soon.
