Engine Clearances

I am rebuilding an engine for my other “project” Boxster.
As JFP has alluded in other threads, bearing clearances are some kind of Manhattan project-level secret. (Really, all one can find are torque specs and one must pay for even those.)
I have Raby’s video and book, but in spite of the cost, he doesn’t reveal anything there.
I know all the arguments about the work he has put in, but don’t his competitors already have these specs? We are supposed to blithely and happily drop a set of bearings in the carrier followed by the crank and assume all is good?
Anyway, if anyone would be so generous as to provide those numbers, I would be eternally grateful.
I wouldn’t even undertake this but I knowingly bought it with a bad engine but got two more bad ones in succession!
And should you provide by DM, I promise not to break the covenant of the secret society.

Try consulting with The Porsche Engine Gurus on Facebook groups. Lee Jenkins of Hartech runs it and will answer most any question without a need to milk money out of everyone like some other companies. Tag Lee Jenkins to ensure an answer from Hartech.
