Frunk Lock Actuator not working
 

I bought a 2002 Boxster recently, and there have been a few issues that've come up since I started working on it, one of them being the frunk latch isn't working. At first, I thought it was the actuator, so I replaced that and tested it with the lid up, however it didn't move so my hood is loose, and I can get in using the red lever, it just won't lock and has room to wiggle. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
