1/4 times for 2.7L Box's?

hey just curious what our cars can do stock. I'm talking of actual runs from the strips, not magazine times.

I'm guessing mid 14s?

That sounds about right. Even lower with slicks.

A stock 2001 2.7L stock should run between 14.4 - 14.9 in the quarter at about 95-98 mph :-)

Not to take the focus off the 2.7L, but what's the best 1320 time have you guys seen for a 2003/04 boxster S? I haven't seen many tests of the newer S's, but last spring M/T ripped a 13.7 sec 1/4 and 0-60 time of 5.3 sec. Thats pretty impressive I think considering a 85K 320hp 996 cabbie has almost he exact same stats. This is the best S stats I've seen. Anyone know of any better? It doesn't have to be mag stats either. Oh, and stock is preferable too, but please share any #'s you have seen, stock or mod.
