Fiber optic stereo adapter for 986?
 

I'm trying to figure out how to install a NOS Blaupunkt Bremen MP74. It's a never-installed version of Blaupunkt's top of the line radio from around 2003. I had one in a previous car, and it's fantastic: superior long-range radio reception and it even has shortwave!
I'm also planning to install a Blueteeth adapter and hopefully plug the audio from the HU into the fiber optic cable going to the Bose amp.

Is this the adapter I need? It seems to indicate it works for 987, but doesn't say if it would work for a 986.
