Error Code 27 Central Flap Motor
I decided to scan my car today with my Foxwell scanner just to see if any errors showed up. The last time that I scanned it was sometime last fall and no errors were present. When I scanned it today the only error that I got was a central flap motor error. I tried clearing it but it keeps coming back. My climate control system seems to be working OK but not sure what the central flap does? The only thing that I can think of is that I sent my climate control unit off this winter to have a new screen put in. For some reason they didn't send the exact unit back that I sent in. I know this because I had to tape the label back on the top of mine. I did take a photo of both and the numbers look the same. Where is this motor located and does anyone have any ideas what could cause this error, other than a bad motor?

Could it be that the flap motor wire connection to car wireharness is not encaging well enough or is completeley loose?

I did pull the climate control unit back out and checked all of the connections and they were all OK. I haven’t checked anything under the dash but it is unlikely since I haven’t done anything inside the car other than pulling the climate control unit out and putting it back in. When I run diagnostics on all of the other flaps and motors, they all check out fine. When I run the central flap diagnostics, I get no values at all. I’m not sure exactly where the central flap motor is located. I assume that it can be accessed under the dash?
