Newbie with Tire/wheel Question for 2000 Boxster

Seeking guidance on tires/rims. I have a 2000 base Boxster with 17" tires. Will tires/rims from a 987 Cayman fit? they new tires are 205/50R17 and 235/50R17. My current tires are 205/50R17 and 255/40R17.

from the Cayman:
5x130 bolt pattern
Front:6.5Jx17 ET55
Rear: 8Jx17 ET40

Any guidance/advice is appreciated.
