Windshield Part Numbers
 

Hello,

My 2004 986 S has a chip in my windshield plus the titanium trim looks nasty discolored.

Does anyone know if the S can have its windshield replaced with base model parts to eliminate the titanium trim? If so, what are the part numbers required to complete the task?

I saw someone posted on an older thread about this a very clean looking windshield with just a black rubber gasket. That is essentially what I hoping to go to when changing out the windshield.
