Alarm beep

Is the alarm suppose to beep when the door is locked? Only one beep would sound when I locked the car, however, it recently stopped beeping when I locked the door. Thanks in advance.

No. One beep indicates there is at least one sensor indicating something is not secure. Door, trunk, frunk, glove box, centre console. Could be any. The fact that it doesn’t beep now means it is secure. As long as the exterior indicators flash twice and no beeps then things are secure.
