Odd whine under high torque

My 1998 Boxster is making an odd and a bit concerning whine under torque when taking off from a full stop. The whine is less pronounced or missing completely when I jump to full throttle while passing on the hwy.

The whine was present prior to the IMS bearing and timing chain tensioners being replaced. I was hoping that replacing the tensioners would remedy this sound but it persists. All pulleys appear good and the serpentine belt is tight.

You can hear the sound in a YouTube short I captured. https://youtube.com/shorts/NzUGrmgCvgU?feature=share
