Fuel system vacuum leak suspected.

Crank no start, runs when you bypass the starter relay.

So amongst the conditions that effect fuel delivery I believe is a vacuum leak. I an leaning towards the venting valve up by the gas tank fill tube, maybe even at flooded charcoal canister..

The smell of fuel around there is noticeable.

Possibly relevant, I had an overflow situation will fuel pouring on the road surface.

Any just a thought, code was P1124.
