Running rough and unusual engine noise
 

Hi

So, we have bought a 2.7 manual which we love, and it’s ran perfectly until suddenly one morning it didn’t. It barely made it to the corner and back home. I’ve uploaded the sound from the engine in case anybody’s heard this before!

We have had a lot of rain recently but the inside carpet only feels maybe a tad damp.
There is an oil leak somewhere under the engine but we have no idea how long it’s been there - it’s our first time getting in there.

Any thoughts?
