If money is strapped, I'd recommend these tires..

Fairly good tires, Driven them for about 500 miles thus far, noise is quite good, no vibrations, grip is well, but not as good as my Parada Spec2s nor Falken Azenis. But were comparable to Falken Zeix, Kumhos, and Yokohoma ES100. Just about that level for grip.

The tires are

265/35/18 & 225/40/18

Z rated tires.
