PNW member with PIWI

I have a 2000 S that appears to be in transport mode. I live on the southern Washington coast.

I am hoping someone on the Seattle to Portland I5 corridor has a PIWI and is willing to help me out.

I will make it right to anyone that can help me out.

Can anyone help?
