DME Reprogramming code

Any one have the DME reprogramming code for an ‘02 Boxster S?
This is needed to reprogram the DME to accept the 5 gauge 996 instrument cluster and to enable the On Board Computer function. The cluster has had the VIN of the 996 replaced by the Boxster VIN and has had the mileage replaced as well.

Call a Porsche dealer and ask them for it.

Every car has a unique set of codes and the only database is maintained by Porsche.

If you're nice to the dealer they should be able to help you. You just need the VIN number.

Start calling, or better yet walking in to, dealerships and ask them for your IPAS codes. Some will not give it to you, but some don't care. In my experience, you're better off approaching one that sells more than Porsche. Try to get your DME code and Learning code (lets you program keys).
