Boxster radiator replacement

Does anyone know the part number for the clip that holds the radiator to the radiator support on a 1999 Boxster? I was able to get the clips that hold the fan shroud to the radiator, but they are a little smaller than the ones that hold the radiator to the support.http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02...1672674532.jpg

The factory parts diagram for the 986 only shows one of the type of clips that your photo shows, part number 99916607702, which has now been superseded with a new part number 99916607701. The diagram calls it a "Safety Clip B 22" and shows that there are six clips required.
Are you sure someone wasn't in there before and installed a new clip of a different size?

Regards, Maurice.

I got those, but they only fit the fan assembly where it attaches to the radiator. I compared the original radiator to the replacement radiator and the mounts for the fan and the radiator supports are different sizes. I found another part number. 999166839, which I ordered today. Porsche said I will have them tomorrow. I will post the results after I try them tomorrow night.
