Help I've disconnected the battery and closed the bonnet
 
I've tried powering via the red fuse in the fuse box and earth but nothing happens. Any ideas please

Lots of youtube videos on this. You may not be getting a good ground if you're using the terminal in the fuse box and it doesn't work. I couldn't get a ground on the metal toward the front of the car then tried the chrome metal door latch on the rear side of the body in the driver door opening. Got a ground and the frunk open.

same for me. Had to move ground around a bit to find the sweet spot.
