2001 Boxster AC blowing warm??
Looking at this Boxster and that is mentioned in the ad. I know there are probably a dozen or more reasons but is this common? Usual fix for this? Worst case scenario for repair and cost?

Maybe have the car inspected to find out why it's blowing warm.
Mine blows warm because the airbox (whatever it's called) that sits under the cabin air filter won't operate/work/close when the recerculate button is pressed. Yours could be as simple as that. I can't even enjoy my car (go on a nice drive) when it's 90+ out. It's an oven... and I take the truck. Good luck. |
Really, if you aren't sure why it's blowing warm, or the seller isn't...asking a bunch of people on the Internet why isn't a good idea. For someone who has apparently sold multiple Boxsters you should have an idea what it could be, or at least be able to estimate the costs of various parts/labor.
It's just a car, there are too many reasons why it could not be working correctly and it's no different then any other car ever made. A/C is A/C. |
