Low Speed "Scraping" Sound

Hey - new mystery. Just had my left/driver's side CV axle replaced with a used OEM axle in good shape. I previously tried three (yes, 3!) new replacement CV axles that all began to sling grease. I learned that was an issue with non-OEM, and since I couldn't find new, I decided to go used low mileage.

I don't think the shop installed improperly - but has anyone encountered this before? Any idea what's likely causing it or what I should look at? I think it's different from the chirping sound related to the plugs described below.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!!

Really? Bueller? No one has experienced this issue?

It could be the E-brake shoes or spring.
get the sound going then slowly pull the E-brake and see if the sound changes.

If it was me I would take it back to the shop that did the work and demand they make it right.
