PCCM plus on boxster
 

Hello,
have recently installed the Porsche PCCM plus unit in MY 2000 boxster.
The process took me a few hours as you have to remove the bracket, cut down few plastic trims, relocate HVAC, route cabling for USB media box and I wanted to place the microphone in the original spot (in the cluster).

The radio is based on Android Allwinner 33, has a know backdoor to Android T3 launcher

I hope to at some point the device is rooted and we can upgrade firmware / kernel with custom modules. This will allow addon of wifi, 4G, backup camera, DVB-T etc..
