One More Parasitic Battery Drain Problem

My battery was discharging in 3 days. When I connect my meter, with the fuse for the door lights removed, I get a click from the radio amplifier and a reading of 1.75 amps. I remove fuse D8 and it drops to .06 and no more click. The red light on the radio is off.
There is no sound from the door speakers.
Any ideas would be appreciated!

Assuming d8 fuse in yours is the sound system, you likely have a ground short in your head unit. I don't know about the earlier models, but the amp in my 00 didn't have a constant power source but the head unit does. I would start by disconnecting it and replacing the fuse. If your voltage draw is gone, you have your answer.

factory or aftermarket radio? factory speakers? If the key is off the radio shouldn't be drawing anything over about .2 amp.

you also dont say what year the car is so d8 could be radio/amp or it could be the spoiler. https://knigaproavto.ru/shemy/en/porsche/boxster/360-19962004-porsche-boxster-986-fuse-box-diagram.html

Thank you for the help.
I disconnected the amplifier and the current flow, with the fuse installed, goes to normal, .2 amps. Time to look at options. Again thanks for the help.

Doesn't that imply that the amp is not on a circuit that is switched?
