Oil leak and broken wire - oil level sensor

Hi

I was doing a first inspection through the hatch behind the seats. I spotted 2 leaks on top of the engine - both on the left hand side of the car.

The more difficult one is from the oil level sensor. It looks as though the oil might be coming through the plug. An added issue is that one of the wires is broken close to the plug. This would explain why the level does not show on the dash. Repairing the wire looks very tricky - any ideas on how to repair the loom?

The other leak is from the crankcase pressure relief fitting.

It looks as though both repairs are manageable but the suggestion would be that there has been some pressure pushing oil. Could this be related to a failed AOS?

Grateful for advice.

Russ
