Just bumping this thread for dandy solutions?

I got the same non-op cruise control problem, seemingly right after installing LED brake and tail lights. My clutch and brake switches all tested fine. The dash light comes on and stays on until I touch the clutch pedal, then the dash light turns off and never comes back on even after clutch pedal was released. Turning the ignition off then right back on with clutch pedal depressed, as if you starts up the car, the dash light turns on again. But the dash light turns off as soon as the clutch pedal is depressed once, so never able to get the cruise control work…
