Rear trailing arm question

My 2000S has the 986-331-043-04, the replacement seems to be the -07 which supersedes the -04,-05,-06.

Does anyone know what the 986-331-043-06 was intended for?

last 2 digits are revision numbers OR (sometimes) are designated for base/S edition, but most of the time it is just a revision and can be used on previous years with no issues.
