JFP

Thanks for that.
Looks like with the highest temperature resistance that it would be better then the Gray (aluminum) for exhaust.

Well I've got nothing to add here except be careful with getting the anti-seize on your fingers!

I feel like that after using my damn grease gun...

Btw, I love how "science" and "overthink it" are so easily intermixed. ****************, even uncle joe believes in science, and I'm not sure that man can put his pants on by himself in the mornings.

Bringing this back from the archives, for those using copper nuts, are you using pure copper, or copper plated steel?

Excellent, thanks! My local industrial supply place doesn't carry them, off to search online. Ebay looks like the best bet, everything on Amazon is copper plated steel from the looks of it.

Try something like Ace Hardware if you have it or a Napa auto parts store.
I think Brass will be easier to find then Copper.

We get ours from Dorman Products https://www.dormanproducts.com/

I'm in rural Ontario, Canada, not a lot of close options, and shipping is usually a killer. I found some brass ones on Amazon, should be here tomorrow. Thanks all!
