Keep blowing power windows and internal light fuse.
 

As in the title - something keeps blowing this fuse.
It is C3 - interior lights, power windows.

Funny thing - the drop down works :)

It is not apparent what causes it as it happens from time to time. So far I had it happened 2 times.
I was cleaning under the seats when it happened the first time.
The floor did not look like there was any water. Not recently.

I am thinking if I could cause any problem when I removed seats.
