What the best things to do when i go moryh gor 6 months 986 boxster

Well, fresh oil change and nothing more?
Maybe increase air pressure to avoid flat spots.

I am not sure about the battery - intelligent charger or removal.

Just park it in a secure place, preferably under cover like a garage. It's a car and no different then any other car.
