Hi,

Yes the Oil Drain Plug torques to 37 ft.lbs. (50Nm) and the Oil Filter Cartridge torques to 19 ft.lbs. (25.7Nm). Yes the Mahle Filter is the same as the OEM part, they are the supplier to Porsche. BTW, you can often reuse the Drain Plug Crush Washer one time by inverting it, so if you wanna save some pennies, be sure you keep track of which way it's facing when you remove it (I don't do this, but in a pinch, you could).
