Help diagnosing Central locking

Problem:
-Frunk lid does not open using switch. Trunk opens fine. I tested the frunk switch and it operates correctly. The frunk actuator works if you apply power directly.

-Doors do not lock whether you use the key or the switch on dash. The red LED on the dash switch stays illuminated. I tested the door latch lock mechanism and both L & R operate properly when voltage is applied directly.

I think this is a central locking/CLU issue. Looking at the wiring diagram, it shows that all these functions go through the CLU. I know the CLU has been wet before in the area of the relays, by the capacitor. Can anyone confirm which of the relays inside the CLU control the doors and/or frunk?

huh? Not making much sense.

What year?

Did this just start happening? Ever work before?

Put the key in the door and turn it to the left & the right, does it lock/unlock?

What do you mean by CLU? Hope you dont mean the alarm module under the seat.

What capacitor are you referring to? There are no capacitors in the car other then in the alarm module and there are no relays by the alarm (also called immobilizer).

the only other relays are above the fuse panel and in the trunk. Can't see how water would get anywhere near those relays as they are high on the car

I bought it as a project, so it hasn't worked since I've had it.

The CLU, immobilizer, alarm module, whatever you want to call it, is what I'm talking about. The one under the front driver seat. If you open it up, you'll see the relays and capacitor I'm talking about.

Driver door locks and unlocks with the key. If I use the keyfob, nothing locks and I get 2 horn chirps.

you need to get the alarm codes read. Durametric can do this. My guess is that the driver or pass door lock modules are bad or the center console switch/lock is bad. Get in touch with your local porsche club, most of them have a durametric that can be borrowed.

when you get a durametric, write out all of the alarm codes then clear them. once cleared close all the doors, frunk, trunk and center console. They try locking/unlocking. Start the car, turn off the car, open & close the driver door and then try the remote. Then read the codes again and see if any come back. Post the codes once you have them.
