Climate control sounds like devil went down to Georgia

Weird noise I’ve noticed only when the climate is completely off, sounds like a repetitive beat reminds me of the beginning of devil went down to georgia. Once I put the fan speed on 1 it goes away

Sounds like the actuator motor for the flap running. Try changing the setting on the control panel that directs the air through different vents.
