Double Check on Wheel & Tire Fit

I'm needing a second opinion on if these wheels and tires will fit my 2001 Boxster. From what I've researched I believe they will but the guy selling them claims they are too big.

Front:
8x18, offset is 50 and tires are 235/40

Rear
10x18, offset is 41 and tires are 265/40

Thanks!

The rears could be sketchy. Use this calculator to see how the new wheel will fit compared to your originals.

Also 235/40 18s will rub the fender liner in turns when lowered

I have 235/40 on 8x18 et 50 on my fronts without issues. My suspension is stock except for gt3 LCAs. I can even use 5mm spacers without issue

The rears should be ok, but are a bit tall.

I run 265/35 in the rear on stock springs without issues.

I run 235/40R 18 and 265/35r 18 everything stock no problem. If your wheels are 17 you'll notice that your mph will be off by about 3.
