Headlight Not Working

My driver's side headlight isnt working. The small light works, high beam works, turn signal works, just not the low beam. Ive replaced it, switched the wires (from positive to ground, I know it wouldnt do anything, but I tried), and I dont know what else to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, its a 99 BTW.
I also checked the fuse.

I read that if only the low beams aren't working, then usually the headlight assembly needs to be removed and re-seated into the connector.

im pretty sure both headlights have there own fuse, so its possible for one light to be out and not the other.

Checked both fuses, and the highbeams, there is a right and left fuse for both.

I re seated it another couple times and no luck. Even took out the connector and re seated it, no luck. I have run out of luck I guess. Does anyone have a diagram for that connector so I can see which pin is the low beam and ground (so I can check voltage). Also, if that doesnt work, should I splice into another light so it goes on or just take it to the dealership?

Hi,

PM me your email addy and I'l send you the wiring schematic. But, also get yourself a digital multimeter so you can properly diagnose these types of issues. You can get a perfectly adequate one for under $25. Not having one is a real handicap, like a surgeon trying to do surgery in the dark...

Happy Motoring!... Jim'99
