Coil wiring

So I had the engine out to get a cracked head fixed . Got the motor back in and she runs but I have a bunch of codes .What I am concerned about is a p0300 & a p0304.The engine runs rough .I am thinking the plugs for cylinder 4 & 5 need to be swapped . Is there any way to tell which plug goes to which coil pack ? I know I should of marked them .

I was able to use a wiring diagram that shows the colors of the wire to pin1 of the coil plug to verify that all coils are connected correctly .engine idles ok if I try to accelerate fast it is boggy if I accelerate slow it revs ok ..????
