Fuel door doesn’t open with out alarm’s remote control
 

Hi everybody I hope everybody is well.

My alarm’s remote control is not working but I can open my car with the key.
The alarm will turn on if I don’t stat the car quickly.
I went to the gas station and I couldn’t open the fuel tank.
I use the central door lock control but only open the car doors not the fuel thank door.

Is it indispensable the remote to open de fuel tank door?

Any recommendations to fix this issue?

Open your passenger door widely and look above the upper hinge to see a small black plastic ring pull. This is the emergency fuel door release. Pull it gently and use your other hand to flip the fuel door open.

The car is design to open the fuel door only with the remote key control or is a malfunction?
The panel central control doesn’t open the fuel door? Is it something wrong?
