Not easy being green 🐸
Might have to get some amber headlights now.

Looks nice. The toughest piece will be the front bumper with all its complex curves. When I had my 01S many yrs ago, I had a local company try to put a clear bra on it. They tried 4 times but always got wrinkles around the bottom outside edges of the headlights. They gave it back to me, said that was the best they could do, and don't come back. I imagine materials have improved in 14 yrs.
Like the color. |

Rear bumper is also more difficult than it appears. It's fatter than it looks, haha.

I like your threads...you're not afraid to try anything.
Keep up the good work sir! PS...if you have any spare headlights that were converted, let me know. Mine lens are burnt, and I'm not sure I'm confident enough to crack 'em. |

I admire your experimentation but I really like your Boxster in Red, nice work though

You sure have patience... I can't even saran-wrap a bowl. I'm looking forward to hearing about the front and rear bumper wrap... :) Have fun! |

Man that looks good! I’m excited to see the completed car. Are you emulating the factory green color? If so, it looks real sharp. |
The color looks great.

That's a clean, sophisticated look.
The red though... ;) Great job on the wrap! You've got some serious patience. Merry Christmas! |

The black top will look fantastic. I think you did a great job man, seriously.
What material did you go with? 3M? Sent from my POCOPHONE F1 using Tapatalk |

Patience and skill = amazing. Nothing but respect watching pros do wrap after my small experiences with it. But a home job that comes out this nice - just wow.

Yes but if you notice the roads are clear. Earlier I took it out in the snow and didnt do too well lol. |
I know exactly what you mean. I was "surprised" by early snow fall long time ago, barely made my way home and the last few meters, I (almost) had to give up with my summer tires, couldn't do the slightest climb...took me 30 mins for 50meters. It was rediculous, but lesson learned.
(slightest) Snow = Winter tires, or let it be. |
That does look nice,.I might try that on mine, where did you get that front facia that looks nice also !!

Mine's wrapped in GREEN too, but a bit brighter shade. Close to Porsche Signal Green.
2002 S. Just bought it a few weeks ago. The previous owner had it wrapped. It's Arctic Silver underneath. Cheers.http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02...1613696662.jpg |
