What year is the car?
How many miles?
Any modifications?

If you have an early car with the 5.2DME then the P0442 CODE is for a micro leak in the fuel tank ventilation system.
That issue could cause the other codes as they are all O2 Sensor related at low RPM.
If your car is newer and running the 7.2DME I haven't found the P0442 code for it yet.
Porsche OBDII DTC codes are not always the same from year to year so it makes it tricky sometimes.
