Car keys hydrodip

Let hydro dip both car keys for Porsche and Mercedes last year.
1st stage hydro dip
2nd stage apply thick clear coat with little bit of black paint (I liked it to be dark)

They have lasted so far heavy use, no scratches :)

That looks cool. I watched some YT videos on hydro dipping and wonder if it’s a good alternative to painting the center console or other parts. Most people it seems just paint and clear coat but perhaps hydro dipping is less expensive either to contract out or DIY.

Nice, I got a buddy who is doing the hydro dipping. He's did his valve covers. I'll have to tell him about trying key fobs. The valve covers came out good for a first timer.

You can dip your wheels if you really want to.
