It’s called marketing. I’ve had houses I could not sell. I found by changing the way I market them and raise the price a little bit and they move.

It`s called many things. I would call it, " Money can`t buy brains" or " There's a dummy born everyday", etc,. I can go on and on.

I took the time to read the last ten auction minutes of the running comments. The winner posted the following;

"kingtut 13
It’s good to hear nice comments. To explain a bit. I’m 81. My wife & I love road trips. We will fly to pick up this car to drive back home. Have had Porsches since the early 60’s, but all 356’s, my real love. I’ve got my 3rd kind of cancer, but under control. I love white. I love the interior. We have always had a 356 coupe and a convertible. I’ll be selling our ’05 S2000 on BaT soon to make room for this car."

My wife and I are closing in on 40 years together. If I make it to 81, I will gladly overpay to enjoy that road trip. Safe travels.
