There is a metal "frame" that holds the airbag and is part of the circuit for the horn. There are rubber "grommet" like features that allow flex when you press for the horn. The rubber parts disintegrate. There are a few DIY's on using small plumbing o-rings to "shim" the metal frame to keep it from setting off the horn randomly/continuosly....... If you can't find it, post again and I'll try to find it.....

This was the first thing I needed to fix on my car.....

Thanks, i went the grommet repair route, seems to have fixed it....Next up is the ignition switch, as i think some other issues maybe tied to it.
