Can anyone make me a Kills bugs fast spoiler sticker?

I would pay a reasonable price for a "Kills bugs fast" spoiler sticker for my 2001 Boxster. If you can help, please PM me or email me at navarro@flash.net Thanks,
Mike Navarro

That's funny. I wish I'd thought of that!

You should do what I did. I contacted an ebay seller who makes spoiler stickers and asked him if he'd make mine to say "MACH SCHNELL" in the Porsche font and he cranked it out and shipped it to me for $22.

RandallNeighbor,

I wish I could claim credit for the idea but I can't. I read it somewhere about someone wanting it on a sticker. I thought it would be neat to have on my spoiler. Do you know the ebay vendor by chance that provided yours to you?

Take care,

Mike

Here's his email address:

signs@europdr.com

He does great work, but does not give you the words on a curved line that matches the arc of the spoiler itself... what you get is straight as an arrow.

What I did was to cut a slit through the backing paper from the top down to a quarter of an inch of the bottom between each letter. Then I taped the floppy thing to my spoiler to get it just right and removed the backing one letter at a time to get it down right.

Not an easy task, my friend. However, I believe you are worthy of the challenge.

It's hard to find a font to match the original.

Many years ago I thought about this, but the words are used on a old Porsche poster and other publications. And, we know how generous Porsche is with their alleged intellectual property claims.

So, I came up with the words:

Kills Bucks Fast

For a free sticker, I may license the above.

Hey Tool Pants,

UKChris is going to make me one. As you always help people including myself in the past, if you want a free sticker, consider it yours. What do you want it to say? PM me your address and what you want it to say and when i get them in from UKChris, i will send you yours. Take care,

Mike

I really like just the S on the decklid. I think that's the first time I've seen it done that way.

I was lucky, I bought my car with the S, deambered and with those wheels/tires. They are 275 AVS Sport tires on 18" Techart Formula wheels.

Toolpants,

What's your address? PM me. I've got your sticker in for you.

UKChris: I'll post a pic as soon as I get a chance to take one. Right now a little busy!

Mike
