CDR23 fault

First day out this summer and the CD and TP buttons on the HU appear to be faulty, no response at all from these yet full operation from other buttons on unit (FM/AM/Menu/Sound). Can play single CD by ejecting/inserting but cannot switch to CD or Autochanger (CDC4). Please advise on possible remedies.

Might be time for an upgrade. I wouldn't spend hundreds of dollars fixing it.
