Aftermarket Warranty

I have a MY2000 boxster with 78K miles. Do you guys know of any company that I can purchase the aftermarket extended warranty that will cover the big stuff in case they break (engine, transmission, etc.)?

try warrantydirect.com I'm considering this too if I decide to keep this car.
Check with your local Porsche dealer and see what they think of the company. The dealership has its own extended warranty company but like everything else at the dealer there is a mark up.
p.s.
That's allot of miles, I'm guessing a three year plan will cost you at least $4,000-$5000.
If you plan to keep the car that long it could be worth it if you can pay it off in installments. I think you can sell your car with the coverage as well.
