Not sure if this will help but i’ll reply anyways.

This happened to my climate control screen during winter storage 2 years ago. Must have gotten too cold, i suspect the day it was -15 out. Regardless, it was unsightly and super annoying to look at. I read lightly tapping could help (same thing if you have dead pixels in a computer monitor) but that didn’t do anything. Fast forward 6 months and its gone. Just out of the blue. The whole thing. What this novel was meant to say is it may correct itself eventually. Not worth money to fix if it does.
