Question Please tell me this is my axle and not my transmission leaking.

Took my rear plate off today because I'm replacing my headers/cats and i came across this atrocity. It's super dirty because i don't have the under-body shield but you can see that this is a current leak and not just some old oil. Do any of you guys have experience with this? Thanks!

Since the boot side is dry and the transmission side is wet, I'm going to say that it looks like a trans seal is leaking.

Yep trans seal. That clutch dust is abrasive. Mine didn't get as bad as yours. When you buy the seal get the Porsche, not OEM seal. It is a much better seal.

NOTE The link to the transmission manual is no longer working
