Stumbled upon this...

Spoiler lip. Was told it would fit the stock 98 bumper cover. Doesn't. I've no $kin in it.

Yes, the pics are large. I wanted you to have a clear idea of at what I was looking.

It is aftermarket. Appears to be fiberglass.

To what bumper cover do you believe it was designed?

Thank you!

I've got one of those, I never mounted it but can see how to aligns closely with my 2000 S bumper, but doesn't fit at all onto a spare 2003 bumper I have. My understanding was that it would require some body work to fit it and make the transition between the top of this lip and the bumper. I have the manufacturer info somewhere if I can find it.

Edit: found it:

A friend of mine dropped this off this morning, he got a new bumper or something and gave me this fiberglass bumper lip. I may mount as-is and see how it looks, if it is arctic silver it will match my hardtop and numbers. His boxster is seal grey though...

The maker might be in the add but I have a hard time seeing it on my phone.

Thank you.

When I went to "fit" it it was clear that some fitting would be in order. It arived with plenty of chips and pitting... but could be corrected. Likely I'll pass on it.

Thanks, again. Cheers!

Edit: Just saw your recent post. I'm going to telephone them... and ask some questions. Thanks!
