Emergency brake squeek!
 

Please help... I've noticed a squeeking coming from the undercarriage of my car, and have determined that it is coming from some mechanism of the emergency brake. When I slightly lift the e-brake lever, the squeek stops momentarily and then re-emerges 5-10 min later, sometimes sooner.

What is causing this squeeking (rubbing), and how can it be fixed? Is the caliper or some other part dragging? Again, please help with any information. Thanks!
