Window does not go down 1/2"

I recently changed my passenger door window regulator and now it does not drop a half inch when I touch the door handle. It wants to move, I can hear it. But, it is as if there is some slack in the cable that gets absorbed. Any ideas on how to remedy this?

Search the forum to see how others have remedied that ?

I recall reading some posts regarding this topic. I believe someone mentioned the cable does stretch. I remember they had a hack but someone else mentioning the correct replacement part wasn’t too expensive. Sorry I do not have the link to the post

After you X/O the regulator, (new or used) did you reprogram each door? If it's used, the cable may already be stretched beyond repair.

IIRC, you need to run the window all the way open and hold the button five seconds then run the window all the way closed and hold the button for five seconds.
