Trying to locate some odds and ends small parts needed......

Hello.....
I am looking for some parts to get my new to me 2001 Base Boxster back in shape. Please lead me in the right direction for these items.
Of course once I dial in if these parts are available or even possible i will then try the for sale section in this forum.

1. My car came with 1 key and the fob is gutted, no circuit board or anything. What are my options here? I would like to have a functioning fob and possibly another key but dont want to pay big bucks.

2. I notice it is very difficult to grab my seat belt to put on.......Is it possible that I am missing seat belt holders ?? Is there such a thing?

3. My shift knob is missing the shift pattern sticker....otherwise the knob and boot are in good shape.....can I purchase just the sticker with the pattern??? My shift knob is the silver and black version.....it looks like the knob and the boot are sewn together. Can I separate the knob on this model and just buy a aftermarket knob or used knob?
