AOS Change-out and that Blue lever

Just completed the AOS change out on my Boxster, was getting lots of blue smoke on startup...plus the original one at 81K. To say it was a pain is being nice to migraines. Take your time, clean as you go, lube O rings before reassembly...and most important when you pull that blue lever on the bottom bellows be sure, be real dang sure everything is in place and completely seated. Mine was not when the clip popped off and there we were my grandson and I removing everything all over again and starting over.....but we got it. The old AOS had a huge split in the diaphragm. After changeout, the car idles smooth...no more fluttering and high idle RPM.....fingers crossed.
