AOS Replacement
I did not get to replace mine last fall, car stays garaged 90% anyway. I tried but my giant hands I can just see no way to do this without removing the intake.I have the new top hose but I think I need to replace the longer one as well , so I will get one on order. When removing the throttle body and whatever else is on the top of the engine to gain access what will I need for replacement gaskets ?? or for that matter anything else ??
Thanks Dwight |

Big hands can be a pain... but they also can be a blessing. ;) My hands are huge. The proof is in the pudding. |
No gaskets needed. Just a lot of patience.

Just did mine yesterday.... 2002 base
Lot easier than I expected. Like starter986 said.... 80% of the job was done thru the wheel well. No need to remove anything. |
Thanks folks
I am going to retry this in a week or so as you described. I am going to get my 23 year old grandson to help me...he has small nimble hands
